Man has always been trying to reach the skies, the mountain tops and the depths of the oceans, but the most important journey is the journey from darkness to light. It is a journey from a darkness which can exist in a bright-lit room to a light which can exist in the darkest room, because, what I'm talking about is the spiritual light, which even the physically blind person can have!
In my quest for spiritual truths, I've left almost no major religion untouched, including most sects of my own religion, Islam, as well. Of course, my relationship with both Muslims and non-Muslims has always been based on academic and objective discussion.
I owe thanks to a Qadiani relative, Mr. Rahim Yunus, who set me on this quest, in search of truth!! Back in, probably 1979, brother Rahim started visiting me weekly, trying to convert us to his religion. For many months, we took his preaching lightly, just extending him the courtesy that would be extended to any elder of the family, listening to him, serving him tea and snacks, and thanking him for his visit. Then, alhamdolillah, I started getting serious. I wondered if I was really on the correct religion, if my faith was the true faith, if I would attain salvation on the day of Judgement! Thus, together with brother Rahim, I started studying and comparing all books holy and sacred. In this search, Allah blessed me with such points that challenge the very basis of Ahmadiat / Qadianiat. My intention is to share my knowledge, which I consider a sacred duty.
I would like to thank all those who have extended their full support and cooperation in this quest, and I'm also grateful to my critics for pointing out rooms for improvement.
