On 30th July 1999, Mirza Tahir Ahmed announced the acceptance of the Mubahala Agreement made with Illias Suttar. This agreement of Mubahala was made on 3rd June 1999 and signed by two Murabbis of Ahmadis / Qadianis namely Muhammad Usman and Abdul Rehman and six witnesses. The Mubahala booklet dated 10th June 1988 issued by Mirza Tahir was also signed in the light of the Mubahala agreement of 3rd June 1999.
In the 34th Jalsa on 30th July 1999, Mirza Tahir announced acceptance of this Mubahala in the presence of 18000 Ahmadis / Qadianis who were sitting in front of Mirza Tahir listening to his speech. This speech was telecast live on the TV and translated into perhaps 6 or 7 languages simultaneously.
This announcement of Mubahala was the FIRST ITEM on the agenda after a brief speech on WHY a large number of 18000 persons had come to attend the Jalsa.
The announcement of Mubahala alongwith connected remembrances of Zia-ul-Haq and Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto took about 20 to 25 minutes.
After ending the Mubahala speech, the Khalifa said: “I AM OPENING THIS POINT in front of you that THIS ONE YEAR will proof the doer of Mubahala a liar”.
During 20 to 25 minutes speech on the Mubahala acceptance, ILLIAS SUTTAR WAS NOT MENTIONED BY NAME. First he was mentioned as “Karachi Ka Jahil”, then “Lallu Panju”, and “Era Ghera Nutthu Khera”.
Why did he not take my name and called me “Karachi Ka Jahil” etc. etc.?
On page 10 of Al-Fazl International Weekly, London dated 20th to 26th November 1998 an answer was given to my challenging article “Can Ahmadis / Qadianis Answer?”. The article was printed under the title “Zabardast Ilmi Moajazza” which means FANTASTIC INTELLECTUAL MIRACLE. This article was also printed in one more Ahmadi’s / Qadiani’s Magazine “Al-Musleh” of February 1999.
WHY “ZABARDAST ILMI MOAJAZZA” TITLE WAS GIVEN TO THE ARTICLE WRITTEN IN REPLY TO THE ARTICLE OF “KARACHI KA JAHIL”, “LALLU PANJU”, AND “ERA GHERA NUTTHU KHERA”.
I offered one million rupees to Mirza Tahir for pin pointing which paragraph of the 3½ page article was the answer to my challenging point. He remained silent……………… and on the basis of this challenging point the Mubahala Agreement was made on 3rd June 1999. The Mubahala agreement clearly stated:-
“Illias Suttar will have the Mubahala agreement printed and will staple it to his article or add it to the article in future editions”.
This article was originally printed in weekly “Khatm-e-Nabuwwat” Karachi in 1983 and 19 years later on 3rd June 1999, Mubahala with “Karachi Ka Jahil” was made based on this very article.
Finally the “Karachi Ka Jahil” was named Illias Suttar in Al-Fazl International Weekly, London in their issue of 3rd to 9th September 1999.
