The Scanned Copy of the Summon in respect of Civil Suit No. 580 of
2006 is being forwarded herewith.
I had written an Article “Prophecy about The Holy Quran in the Holy
Bible”.
Bishop Timotheous Nasir Gave a False Statement concerning this Article in his Magazine “Kalam-e-Haq”.
Illias Suttar gave a challenge of Rs.2 Crores that if Bishop T. Nasir can prove in any court of the world that he has not given a false statement, then he would be given Rupees 2 Crores as reward.
Instead of proving himself right in the court, he started writing that Illias Suttar owes him Rupees 2 Crores, and used filthy and abusive language.
A legal notice was sent to him on 28th July 2005. The next day on 29th July 2005 he tendered unconditional apology to the advocate in the morning on the phone. He sent by TCS his written apology on the same day.
After his unconditional apology he continued with his filthy and abusive language and false claims.
Therefore Illias Suttar instituted a suit against the Bishop T. Nasir in High Court of Sindh, so that truth becomes manifest and false hood is exposed to the whole world.
You are requested to pray to God so that truth becomes established in
this case in the presence of Honorable Judges.
