WHY I LOVE THE HOLY BIBLE ? New gift from God , New Joy for Jews , Christians and MuslimsAdam was not the first human being. Eve was not the first woman ___________________________________________________________________ Angels saw Human beings before Adam was created. The Holy Quran Chapter–2 Verse 30 The Cow. “And recall what time thine Lord said unto the angels: verily I am going to place a vice gerent on the Earth. They said: wilt Thou place therein one who will act corruptly therein and shed blood ……… ?” From the question asked by the angels, I concluded that Adam was not the first man because how could the angels accuse that Adam will shed blood and act corruptly? I used to think that there were human beings on Earth whom the angels had seen, and therefore the angels concluded that Adam like the other human beings will also act corruptly and shed blood. But this was my personal observation and I had no book to refer as proof and evidence. When I read the Bible, I fell in love with the Bible because the Bible helped me to understand the Holy Quran in a very clear manner. The Bible give me the proof and evidence that there were human beings before Adam. EVIDENCE FROM THE HOLY BIBLEHUMAN BEINGS EXISTED BEFORE ADAM Extract from: Good News Bible published by United Bible SocietiesGenesis-1 verse-21 “……. So God created the great sea-monsters, all kinds of creatures that live in the water, and all kinds of birds …… that was the 5th day” _______________________ Genesis –1 Verse –24 “Then God commanded, ‘let the Earth produce all kinds of animal life………”. Verse-26 “Then God said ‘And now we will make human beings ……… so God created human beings…….. He created them male and female, blessed them, and said, “Have many children…….. that was the 6th day”. _______________________ Genesis-2 verse-7: “Then the Lord God took some soil from the ground and formed a man out of it….Verses-18/19: Then the Lord God said: “ it is not good for the man to live alone. I will make a suitable companion for him. So God took some soil from the ground and formed all the animals and all the birds. Then he brought them to the man to see what he would name them; and that is how they got their names…. But not one of them was a suitable companion to help him. Verses-21to 23: “he took out one of the man’s ribs ….. He formed a woman out of the rib… Then the man said “at last, here is one of my own kind” OBSERVING THE EXTRACTS FROM THE BIBLE1) Genesis –1 verse- 21 i.e. on the 5th day all kinds of birds were created. 2) Genesis-1 Verse-24 i.e. on the 6th day all kinds of animals were created. 3) Genesis-1 Verse-26 i.e. on the 6th day AFTER CREATION OF ANIMAL LIFE HUMAN BEINGS WERE CREATED AT LAST. 4) Sequence of creation 1st Birds 2nd animal life 3rd human beings, both male & female. _______________________ a) Genesis-2 Verse-7 the Lord took soil from the ground & formed man (Adam). b) Genesis-2 Verse-18 the Lord took soil and made all animals and birds AFTER the creation of Adam. c) Eve was created last AFTER all the animals _______________________ Therefore the human male created in genesis-1 AFTER all the birds and animals CANNOT BE Adam who was created BEFORE all the animals and birds in Genesis-2 Verse-7 _______________________ In Genesis-1 God creates human beings but in Genesis-2 God forms Adam out of soil JUST AS THE HOLY QURAN SAYS in chapter-3 Verse-59: “Surely the case of Jesus with Allah is like the case of Adam. He created him out of dust, then He said to him, ‘BE’, and he was”. In Genesis-2 even the animals and birds are made out of soil. Just as Adam made of soil is different from the human beings of Genesis-1, so the animals and birds created before human beings in Genesis-1 may be different from the animals and birds created out of soil after Adam in Genesis-2. So it is conclusively proved from the Holy Bible that Adam was not the first man. Human beings existed before Adam.
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HUMAN BEINGSCREATED ON THE 6TH DAY AND ADAM & EVE. The human beings created on the 6th day were told: Genesis-1 Verse-27: “So God created human beings….. He created them male and female… and said, ‘Have many children …. I have provided all kinds of grain and all kinds of fruit for you to eat……” The human beings were told to eat all kinds of fruits but Adam was told in Genesis-2 Verses No. 16/17 “He said to them, ‘you may eat the fruit of any tree in the garden except the tree that gives knowledge of what is good and what is bad”. The human beings were told to have many children but Adam and Eve “as soon as they had eaten it they realized that they were naked; so they sewed fig leaves together and covered themselves” (Genesis-3 Verse-7). ONE MORE PROOF THAT THERE WERE HUMANBEINGS BESIDES ADAM & EVE AND HIS CHILDRENWhen Cain, the farmer and son of Adam, killed his younger brother Abel, the shepherd, God said to Cain “….. you will be a homeless wanderer on the Earth”. Cain said, “I will be a homeless wanderer on the earth and any one who finds me will kill me” “So the Lord put a mark on Cain to warn any one who met him not to kill him” (Genesis-4 Verses-14/15). THESE VERSES CLEARLY SHOW THAT THERE WERE HUMAN BEINGS BESIDES ADAM & EVE WHO WERE WARNED NOT TO KILL CAIN
