Reply Based on Principle from Illias Suttar to Legal Notice
I received your legal notice.I read and I was surprised .You asked me to tender unconditional apology to “Kaleesia Faislabad” and Bishop Timotheus Nasir and pay Rs.50crores (Fifty crores) as damages
Respected lawyer,for your information Bishop Doctor Major (Retired) Timotheus Nasir has himself tendered unconditional apology to me(Illias Suttar) on 29-07-05 in the letter head of Bishop House. Copy of the unconditional apology is sent herewith..
Mr.Lawyer in order to get unconditional apology from any one it is necessary to be truthful yourself. All praise unto Allah, I am truthful and therefore in response to my legal notice the Bishop tendered unconditional apology only half an hour after receiving the legal notice.This is apparent argument in support of Allah’s kindness and favour unto me .
If you want me to unconditionally apologize to the “Kaleesia Faislabad” then tell them to prove their claim right that since last 3 years I have spoken any lie or (False) insulting words against the Bishop or that I have threatened to kill him.
The e-mails on the basis of which the Kaleesia or the Bishop T, Nasir are leveling these allegations ,they must prove that this email address is mine. Because I have no connection with these email advertisements.So many times I have announced that I have no connection with these emails and I have offered Mubahilla to Bishop T.Nasir regarding these forged emails.The announcement of this Mubahilla challenge is present in the Discussion Forum for more than one year. This is why it is quite possible that the Kaleesia and Bishop T.Nasir may have to tender unconditional apology once again .
You have said that after 15 days you will file a case against me in the court. Honorable Sir, please prove your words in action by filing the case against me .
One good news : On the day when I will give any answer in the court, if on that day the responsible padree of the kaleesia and Bishop T.Nasir will remain present throughout the session ,then I will give them Rs.25000/= each as reward.
Note: If the Bishop thinks that the judgment in Pakistan will he against his interest, then you may file the case in the country of your choice, and I will accept Christian Judge also and definitely I will be present in the court (Insha Allah).
